Most buyer enquiries in Dubai arrive on WhatsApp, and a good share of them arrive when nobody is at a desk. Viewbook answers them. It is an AI assistant, named Aisha by default, that runs on your brokerage's own WhatsApp number and replies to each buyer within seconds, in the buyer's language, from your own listings and your own documents.
Only what you have given it. Your listings, with their price, size, view, parking, service charge and permit number. Your documents: a tenant brochure, a building fact sheet, your own written rules. When a buyer asks something that is not on file, the assistant says so and offers a consultant, rather than filling the gap with a guess. Every fact it gives can be checked on the listing's Property Passport, a page that shows each fact with its source.
In the UAE a listing without an advertising permit number is never advertised by the assistant: no price, no details, a holding note until the permit is on file. The full list of what it refuses is on the public assistant rules page.
The demo video shows a Saturday night enquiry on a demo listing, with the measured reply times: the first answer in under six seconds, the viewing confirmed four messages later. Nothing in it was scripted on the assistant's side; the buyer's messages were typed and the replies are what came back.
It is not a CRM, and it does not replace yours. It is not a chatbot that answers from general knowledge about Dubai. It does not call anyone. Your consultants still do every viewing and every negotiation; the assistant gets the buyer to the viewing informed and on time.
A free 14-day pilot on your own WhatsApp number, with your real listings, and nothing to install. We configure it for you: listings, documents, commute points, consultants' hours. After the pilot the plans are published on the pricing section: Solo from AED 999 a month, Pro AED 2,999 a month, and a one-time setup of AED 1,499. WhatsApp's own message fees are included in the plan.
On EU servers, on an encrypted volume, separated by brokerage at every query, with encrypted daily backups. Buyer conversations are never used to train a model. The detail is on the how it is run page and in the data processing agreement.
