Go4WhatsUp and Tend are self-serve products and are much cheaper on the sticker. Viewbook is configured for you, answers only from your own listings and documents with the source shown on every fact, and includes WhatsApp's message fees in the plan. If you have the time to build and tend the setup yourself, the cheaper products may serve you well. If you want the answers your buyers get to be checkable and the setup done for you, that is what we charge for.
As read on its own pricing and UAE real estate pages: a free plan, a Standard plan at USD 39 a month (listed as AED 149 in the UAE), and an Enterprise plan on quote for 50 or more agents. Unlimited agents and conversations, AI auto-reply and drafted replies, a viewing scheduler, Bayut and Property Finder sync, and RERA logging. Meta's message fees are billed separately at cost. Free onboarding by a Dubai team, and a 14-day trial on your real number.
What we could not find on its pages: a statement that the AI answers only from the brokerage's own listings and documents, or that a buyer can see the source of each fact. That may exist; we did not find it.
As read on a third-party seller listing, since the vendor's own page did not load for us: AED 199 a month for a single agent and AED 499 a month for a team of three, priced per agency. AI answers in Arabic or English, qualifies on budget, area, bedrooms and timeline, books viewings with reminders, and comes with a built-in Dubai real estate CRM. A 30-day free trial without a card. Whether Meta's fees are included was not stated.
Solo from AED 999 a month, Pro AED 2,999 a month, and a one-time setup of AED 1,499, after a free 14-day pilot. The numbers are on the pricing section. What the price buys:
Price, plainly. Unlimited agents on one plan, in Go4WhatsUp's case. A built-in CRM, in Tend's case; Viewbook writes to the CRM you already have rather than replacing it. A longer trial, in Tend's case. If any of those is the deciding factor, we would rather you knew now.
Send the same evening enquiry to each product's trial on one of your own listings, and read the replies the next morning. Ask each one for the service charge, the permit number and the nearest metro, and see what comes back and whether you can check it. That is the test we would want to be judged on.
